Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and support our regional Go-To-Market leaders. This role is ideal for a presentable, research-driven, and persuasive individual with strong expertise in LinkedIn, CRM tools, and sales automation. We are an R&D center, and our solutions are developed by a team of over 100 engineers specializing in text-to-speech, speech recognition, natural language processing, and voice biometrics technologies. As of 2022 we are a part of Unifonic, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, we have grown into an international organization with over 500 dynamic team members. We have a customer base of 500 enterprises across 20 countries in the US, EU and MENA regions.

 

What we expect:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and generate potential leads.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective customers.
  • Effectively utilize LinkedIn and CRM tools to track and manage outreach efforts.
  • Engage in cold calling and proactive customer communication to drive new business opportunities.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Resilience and ability to handle cold calling
  • Active listening and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools
  • Basic market and competitor analysis skills
