What we expect:

Channel Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to rapidly expand the pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual growth targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with channel partners and their enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, SEs) to create demand generation programs and drive net new pipeline.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, support pricing discussions, and advance pipeline opportunities in collaboration with the sales leadership team.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

 

Customer Success Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for key accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Use customer data and feedback to inform strategies and optimize performance.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • 8+ years’ experience in Channel Sales, Customer Success, or related fields, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction while managing strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or equivalent experience are a plus.
