We are looking for a “Senior Sales Account Manager” who will be responsible for overseeing account management and the business development process for our growing Turkey Sales Team. As of 2022 we are a part of Unifonic, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, we have grown into an international organization with over 500 dynamic team members. We have a customer base of 500 enterprises across 20 countries in the US, EU and MENA regions.

 

What we expect:

  • Develop long-term relationships with customers in Turkey.
  • Work to satisfy customers’ and partners' needs, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and strive to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Generate new business by leveraging existing and potential customer networks.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Follow and achieve sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • 5+ years of experience in Call Center and Voice & AI technologies is a plus. 
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
  • Hands-on experience in sales and the ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
